About Us

Allow us to introduce ourselves! We’re Cory and Heather, the husband and wife team that makes up Florence Fired Pottery. Cory is the maker of things, the person who creates amazing coffee cups (and other things) out of clay. Without him, this whole thing wouldn’t exist. Heather is here for the boring business side of things and the job perks - drinking out of said coffee cups and being married to the guy that makes them! She answers most of your messages and helps with the social media stuff.

Since starting this venture in the early pandemic days, lots has changed! We've begun selling in retail stores, completed large special orders, moved our house and pottery studio to our forever home, and added a third member of our team - a three-year-old that keeps us on our toes. When we aren’t working on pottery things, we both work full time jobs and spend every spare minute with our sweet girl. This little business has been on the back burner for some time, but we're happy to be back and making things for you again!
