Losing items in your cart during checkout: First, let us say that we hate this as much as you do. We understand how frustrating it is that items in your cart are not “safe” and can be lost when trying to check out. This is a policy put in place by Shopify, the host of our website. We have explored every option to find a solution to this issue and have found none. Please understand that we try very hard to make enough pieces to go around and appreciate your patience and understanding in this matter.

Shipping fees: Effective immediately, we will no longer be able to combine shipping fees on multiple orders. Please use your best judgement when making multiple purchases during a shop update, as you will be charged shipping on each separate purchase. Processing and shipping orders is a huge time commitment, and this is a necessary change to allow this to be a sustainable part of our lives.

Damaged items: While we take extra amounts of care when packing your orders, we cannot guarantee zero breakage. Please contact us if your item arrives damaged and we will do anything we can to assist you in making a claim to the shipping service provider. Claims from customers (instead of small businesses) are much more likely to be approved and compensated. We will do everything in our power to make it right.

Incorrect addresses: We are not responsible for delivery or shipping errors to addresses that are entered incorrectly during checkout. If an error is made, the customer will be responsible for acquiring the product. Please double check all information entered before checking out.

Processing times: We will make every effort to process and ship an order within 3-4 days of receipt. During busier times, this may take up to 7 days.

Returns and refunds: Due to the nature of our product, we will not be able to offer returns or refunds on any purchases.
